In November we made this chain to countdown to Christmas and to moving into our new house.
We were getting excited!
I love this picture of Daniel in front of our new house early in December, just a few weeks before we closed.
Decorations for Christmas were simple this year because we were originally supposed to close in September, so many of our Christmas decorations were inaccessible in our packed storage unit. We were glad we could reach some of the most important things, like the stockings.
We had a fun family home evening at the Village enjoying the fountain lights show and the beautiful decorations. It's been fun to live close to such a neat place, though we won't miss the traffic.
Sweet kids! I love finding activities we can all enjoy together.
Fun at the Village!
Later in December, we had a great time with our yearly Gingerbread House making!
Daniel and I had fun decorating this one. My side is above and his side his below. He did a great job (I helped with the roof).
Above is Mark and Andy's awesome creation!
This is the girl's house. They said a spaceship had fallen into it. Very creative!
When Andy got his Covid vaccine, he got to choose a stuffed animal. He didn't want one, but he got this Dinosaur for Daniel. Daniel loves it and often sleeps holding it. So sweet!
