April 2023, Getaway to Disneyland

 Disneyland with all the kids was fun, but kind of exhausting. So we decided to go back with just me and Mark in April.

It was such a nice getaway.

We got to go on one of our favorite rides- It's a Small World, without kids telling us we were ruining their lives 😂

We got to have a fancy dinner at Blue Bayou, so yummy.

And we had a great time at Galaxy's Edge.  It is so well done. 

Even the plants (which are real) are otherworldly at Galaxy's Edge.

We rode Rise of the Resistance again, another absolute favorite.

Mark designed and 3D printed his ears.  They attach to a ball cap and they are very cool. Let us know if you want some.  We can print lots of colors.

One of our favorite restaurants is the Red Rose Tavern.  We love the design and the food.

They had this poutine-like dish and it was amazing. I hope they bring it back someday.

The Raspberry Macarons are our favorite treat at Disneyland. They are huge and amazing.

We got a miraculous, amazing view of the fireworks on our last night and it was the highlight of the trip.  The show was called Wondrous Journeys and it was so cool, I hope they bring that back someday also.
